Screening is consent-based and GDPR-compliant. Checks are carried out by our screening partner Anjin under a data-processing agreement, processed for the sole purpose of verifying your professional background, and retained only as long as needed. You can request access to or deletion of your data, see our Privacy & Consent Policy.
What exactly gets checked?
Depending on the screen you consent to: identity, right-to-work, the authenticity of your certificates, and your reference & employment history. You'll see the specific checks before you confirm, no surprises.
How long does it take?

Who can see the results?

What if I disagree with a result?
You can appeal. The YWC Verification System includes a formal appeal process (handled through our verification team), so a result is never the final word if you believe it's wrong.
