A real route, legs, stops, weather and crew. No account needed.
This is a live route from the YWC library: a Western Med coastal hop with per-stop weather snapshots and assigned crew. Pan it, open a stop, read every fact as plain text. The product demos itself.

Why YWC Itinerary
Stop juggling charts, spreadsheets and group chats.
Season planning shouldn't mean rebuilding the same route across three apps every spring. One screen replaces the chart app, the rota spreadsheet and the "which version is current?" group chat.
The old way
- Rebuild the same Med route in three different apps every season
- Crew rota screenshotted into a WhatsApp group nobody can find
- Weather checked in yet another tab, leg by leg, by hand
- Re-keying waypoints into the plotter at 2am the night before
- The owner gets a PDF that looks like a spreadsheet
With YWC
- Build the route once, reuse it from the library next season
- Assign crew to legs; each person sees only their own watches
- Per-stop weather snapshot built into every stop
- Export GPX straight to the plotter, no re-keying
- One clean, branded PDF the owner can actually read
What you get
Build the route, assign the crew, check the weather, export it, in one afternoon.
Real capabilities, powered by the YWC route engine: RouteBuilder for legs and stops, crew assignment, WeatherService snapshots and RouteExporter for GPX, PDF and XLSX.
Build the route, leg by leg
Add stops, draw legs, and YWC works out distance in nautical miles and duration for you.
RouteBuilderAssign crew to legs & stops
Everyone sees the plan; each crew member sees their own assignments , not the whole bridge's notes.
Crew assignmentPer-stop weather, in context
A weather snapshot on every stop so you plan around the forecast, not against it.
WeatherServiceExport to the tool that needs it
GPX to the plotter, PDF for the owner, XLSX for ops, one route, three clean outputs.
RouteExporterA route library you can reuse
Save, favourite, rate and review routes, start next season from last season, not a blank chart.
Route libraryShare without the back-and-forth
Send the owner a polished PDF and the crew their legs. No more "which version is current?".
ShareCrew assignment
One route, the right people on every leg.
Assign crew to legs and stops in seconds. Crew open YWC and see exactly their watches and their stops, nothing they don't need. No more screenshotting the rota into the group chat.
Plan my crew free| Crew | Role | Legs |

| CACaptain | Master | 1–5 |
| FOFirst Officer | Watch lead | 1, 3, 5 |
| BO Bosun | Deck | 2, 4 |
| CS Bosun | Interior | 4, 5 |
Each crew member's view is filtered to only their own legs.
Weather
Know the weather before you commit the leg.
Every stop carries its own weather snapshot, so you can spot the leg that needs to move before the owner's already booked the restaurant. Plan around the forecast, not against it.

Export
One route. Three outputs. Zero retyping.
RouteExporter turns the same route into the exact file each tool needs, hover a card to preview the output.
Who it's for
Built for the bridge, and the crew who sail the plan.

Real users, real outcomes
Captains and crew who stopped juggling apps.
I used to rebuild the same Med route in three apps every spring. Now it's one screen and the owner gets a PDF that doesn't look like a spreadsheet.
Crew stopped asking me which version of the rota was current. They just open it and see their legs.
GPX straight to the plotter saved me an hour of re-keying waypoints the night before we left.
Built for the bridge
Five tools captains actually use, in one registry.
Compliance, route, crew and community. Each links straight through to the full feature.
Digital Sea Service
The legs you sail become audit-ready sea time + STCW rest-hour logs.
Common questions
Anything we haven't answered yet?
Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out and we'll get back to you.
Contact usWill it sync to my plotter?
Yes, export the route as GPX and load it straight into your chartplotter. The waypoints come across exactly as planned, so there's no re-keying at 2am the night before departure.
Can crew see only their own legs?
Yes. You assign crew to legs and stops; each crew member's view is filtered to only their own watches and stops, not the whole bridge's worth of notes. The owner only ever sees a clean PDF.
Does it work offline / at sea?
The static route and your stop list are available without a live connection; weather snapshots refresh when you're back in signal. The export files (GPX, PDF, XLSX) are yours to keep on the device.
What does the owner actually receive?
A clean, branded PDF itinerary, readable, not a spreadsheet dump. Ops and the agency can take the XLSX to sort, cost and forward.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your dashboard , no contracts, no lock-in. €6.99/month or €69/year.
